Nothing in these terms and conditions shall affect your statutory rights, however we shall not be held liable to you by reason of any implied warranty, condition or other term, or any duty at common law, or under the terms of our contract with you, for any indirect, special or consequential loss or damage (including loss of profit, costs, expenses or other claims for any damages) foreseeable or otherwise, that may arise as a result of use of our products or any other aspect of our products, practices or service.
Placing an Order
We can only accept orders from and for delivery within the United Kingdom. We are looking into the possibilities of accepting orders throughout Europe, if you are interested please email us at sales@phoenix-direct.co.uk and we will keep you informed of developments.
Placing an online order with Phoenix Direct could not be easier, simply choose the product of your choice, enter the quantity you require and click "Buy Now", to put the item in your basket. At this point, if you wish to change or amend your order simply click on "View Basket". Once you have completed your selection, click on "Checkout" and fill in your delivery and payment details.
We accept all major credit and debit cards without adding on any surcharges. Payment will be made at time of ordering; your card will be debited once your order has been confirmed. If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you and you will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order and receive a full refund if you would rather not wait.

Order Fulfillment Policy
Phoenix Direct shall fulfill the customer's order as soon as possible after confirming or receiving payment. If Phoenix Direct cannot ship an order within 7 days after receiving payment, the customer will be notified and will receive a full refund for the unfulfilled order or to have an alternative recommended. Most items can be shipped within 7 days. However, an item can be sold out at any time. In such a case, the customer will be notified and will have the following options:

Order an alternative item and pay any extra amount required.

Receive a partial refund if the alternative item has a different price from the original item ordered.

Receive a full refund for the unfulfilled order.
Tax Charges
All prices are inclusive of VAT.
Credit Card Security
Our online shopping system is totally secure. All credit card numbers are encrypted in our specialist online shopping software when orders are placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted once they reach our payment gateway computer, managed by Netbanx for extra security. They are not held in any format on any of our web sites or any of our own internal computers.

Your Right to Cancel
The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 allows for a 7 day (7 working days from the day following the day in which you placed your order) cooling off period when you (the end user) have the right to cancel your order for a full refund.
If you wish to exercise your right to a full refund, then you must contact our Customer Services Department on 08704 156 666 informing us of your intention to return the goods. All goods must then be posted using "Recorded Delivery" to ensure their safe arrival. All postage costs are your (end user) responsibility. All returned goods must be unopened and in resalable condition. Once we have received the returned goods, we will refund your money within 30 days. The only exceptions are for specially ordered items, which cannot be cancelled.
Order Acceptance Policy
The customer can cancel his/her order partially or completely anytime and receive a refund. Phoenix Direct reserves the right to reject any orders from any customer for any reason. Phoenix Direct also cannot be held liable for any items confiscated by customs officials in the customer's country. Phoenix Direct reserves the right to cancel orders if we do not have sufficient stock to fulfill your order (E&OE). We also reserve the right to make changes to this site and our terms and conditions at any time.
Privacy Policy
We (Phoenix Direct) do not disclose buyer's information to third parties outside of our core business or directly connected associates. Your information will only be used lawfully in accordance to the Data Protection Act 1998.
