Returns and Refunds

We cannot accept return of any product(s) without an RMA (return merchandise authorisation) number.

Please contact our customer services team on 08704 156 666 or email customer.services@phoenix-direct.co.uk to arrange an RMA number.

RMA numbers are valid for a period of 14 days and must be presented with the product(s) being returned.  In the event that an OEM (original equipment manufacturer) product is deemed to be faulty then it must be returned in its original packaging along with a test print or we will not be able to offer a replacement product or refund.

If you receive a damaged parcel you must sign for it as 'damaged' when receiving it from the courier and you must report it to us within 1 working day of delivery.  Otherwise it will be assumed that the damage was caused by the recipient and no replacement or refund will be given.
